outsourcing services for maintenance and operation of central / package ac plant at tranmitter bldg and bomb dumb at af stn kalaikunda , out sourcing services for manning and operation of central type/ package type ac plants by deploying 01 ref mech each in three shifts of 08 hours duration per shifts per day i . e 24 hours continuous operation incl sunday and holidays during summer/ winter /monsoon at transmitter bldg ( 01 refrigeration mech x 3 shift = 03 ref mech per day ) ( i ) 2 x 14= 28 tr capacity ( in operation ) ( ii ) 1x14 =14 tr capacity ( as stand by ) , all as per ser item no 1 here-in-before but at bomb dump no 25 ( 01 refrigeration mech x 3 shift = 03 ref mech per day ) ( i ) 2 x 11= 22 tr capacity ( in operation ) ( ii ) 1x11 = 11 tr capacity ( as stand by ) , all as per ser item no 1 here-in-before but at bomb dump no 26 ( 01 refrigeration mech x 3 shift = 03 ref mech per day ) ( i ) 2 x 11= 22 tr capacity ( in operation ) ( ii ) 1x11 = 11 tr capacity ( as stand by ) note applicable for item no . 1 to 3 :- ( a ) contractor should deploy operators having iti qualification in the trade of ref mech or having adequate experince . ( b ) contractor should put up original iti chertificates ( from any govt recognised institute ) of tradesmen or experience certificate to engineer-in -charge before appointing the staff . ( c ) contractor/ all operators is responsible for any damages / losses of respective pump & motors and ac plants . ( d ) contractor should arrange the uniform/ overall dangri - 01 set , rubber shoes ( industrial safety shoe - 01 set , torch light - 01 no for each operator ( e ) contractor is responsible for cleaning bushes cutting sorrounding area of installation and minor repair to ac plant . ( f ) suitable releaving staff shall be deployed by contractor . ( g ) tools open end & ring spanner set , plier , hammer and other tools as required for maintenance of plant and tools required for keeping surrounding area and installation in presentable shall be provided by contractor .
