outsourcing services for maintenance and operation of central / package ac plant at base ops at af stn kalaikunda ., out sourcing services for manning and operation of central type/ package type ac plants by deploying 01 ref mech & 01 helper each in three shifts of 08 hours duration per shifts per day i . e 24 hours continuous operation incl sunday and holidays during summer/ inter /monsoon at the following plant at base-ops . :- ( 01 refrigeration mech & 01 helper x 3 shift = 03 ref mech & 03 helper per day ) ( i ) 3 x 24= 72 tr capacity ( in operation ) ( ii ) 1x24 =24 tr capacity ( as stand by ) ( iii ) dg set of 160 kva ( stand by power supply and one number should be operated at a time in case of commercial power failure ) ( dg set has to be operated by common operator of ac plants with the assistance of 01 no helper ) note :- ( a ) contractor should deploy operators having iti qualification in the trade of ref mech or having adequate experince . ( b ) contractor should put up original iti certificates ( from any govt recognised institute ) of tradesmen or experience certificate to engineer-in -charge before appointing the staff . ( c ) contractor/ all operators is responsible for any damages / losses of respective pump & motors and ac plants . ( d ) contractor should arrange the uniform/ overall dangri - 01 set , rubber shoes ( industrial shoes ) - 01 set , torch light - 01 no for each operator ( e ) contractor is responsible for cleaning bushes cutting sorrounding area of installation and minor repair to ac plant . ( f ) suitable releaving staff shall be deployed by contractor . ( g ) tools open end & ring spanner set , plier , hammer and other tools as required for maintenance of plant and tools required for keeping surrounding area and installation in presentable shall be provided by contractor .
