tender for outsourcing of conservancy and housekeeping services for mes office and installation of ge tirunelveli ( tender id: 2019_mes_280903_1 ) , outsourcing services for providing 01 ( one ) no photo copier operator ( ferro printer ) ( for ge tirunelvelis office ) having minimum 03 years experience in handling and operating photocopy machine etc . inluding minor repairs for day to day works in all weather conditions except sunday and holidays all as specified and as directed to work for 08 hours duty per day . he / she should have knowledge of operating photo copier machine . , outsourcing services for providing 03 ( three ) nos photo copier operator ( duftry / peon ( mts ) ) ( for ge tirunelvelis office ) having minimum 03 years experience in handling and operating photocopy machine etc . inluding minor repairs for day to day works in all weather conditions except sunday and holidays all as specified and as directed to work for 08 hours duty per day . he / she should have knowledge of operating photo copier machine . , outsourcing services for housekeeping and conservancy services to mes assests complete by providing safaiwala 02 nos in the office of ge tirunelveli , complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge . minimum 02 ( two ) safaiwala for day to day work in all weather conditions with necessary tools etc . except sundays for one shift of 08 hours duty per day . note: safaiwala ( conservancy staff ) min-02 nos ( two ) shall be provided per day and conservancy services shall encompass . ( i ) brooming and mopping the floor using floor cleaner . broom and cloth including cobweb if any and feshening the room with room freshener . ( ii ) cleaning of bathroom and lavatory using phenyl and harpic . ( iii ) cleaning of roof & roof top using broom stick and steel wire brush and removing the dry leaves and dust including debris if any .
