tender for outsourcing of conservancy and housekeeping services for mes offices and installation of cwe ( navy ) chennai and age ( i ) ( navy ) chennai ( tender id: 2019_mes_280857_1 ) , outsourcing services for providing 01 ( one ) no photo copier operator ( ferro printer ) ( for cwes office ) having minimum 03 years experience in handling and operating photocopier machine etc . inluding minor repairs for day to day works in all weather conditions except sunday and holidays all as specified and as directed to work for 08 hours duty per day . he / she should have knowledge of operating photo copier machine . , outsourcing services for providing 06 ( six ) nos photo copier operator ( duftry / peon ( mts ) ) ( 05 for cwe and 01 for age ( i ) navy chennai ) having minimum 03 years experience in handling and operating photocopier machine etc . inluding minor repairs for day to day works in all weather conditions except sunday and holidays all as specified and as directed to work for 08 hours duty per day . he / she should have knowledge of operating photo copier machine . , outsourcing services for housekeeping and conservancy services to mes assests complete by providing safaiwala in office of cwe ( navy ) 02 nos and age ( i ) navy chennai 01 no complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge . minimum 03 ( three ) safaiwala for day to day work in all weather conditions with necessary tools etc . except sundays for one shift of 08 hours duty per day . note: safaiwala ( conservancy staff ) min-03 nos ( three ) shall be provided per day and conservancy services shall encompass . ( i ) brooming and mopping the floor using floor cleaner . broom and cloth including cobweb if any and feshening the room with room freshener . ( ii ) cleaning of bathroom and lavatory using phenyl and harpic . ( iii ) cleaning of roof & roof top using broom stick and steel wire brush and removing the dry leaves and dust including debris if any .
