manning and operation for ( electric supply installation ) dg set of capacity 01 x 35 kva , chs plant at atc at af station thoise under ge ( af ) thoise , the bidders shall read the instructions given in tender documents while quoting their rates . , manning and operation for dg set and chs with all connected equipment and machineries round the clock in three shifts of 08 hrs each including saturday/sunday/holidays and also ensuring the smooth running of dg sets and chs including upkeeping the installation complete , all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge . ( a ) dg sets of capacity 35 kva ( 01 no ) and heating plant at temp control garage with central air heating system . education qualification:-highly skilled dg set operator:- deployed must be iti certficatate in highly skilled dg set operator trade from recognized technical board/ university and having minimum 2 years experience in required works or 10th possess and 7 ( seven ) years experience certificate issued by competant authority in the relivent field . note :- ( i ) 01 ( one ) highly skilled dg set operator for each shift shall operate dg sets installation including ensuring smooth functioning and regular maintenance etc . as specified above . ( ii ) log bookt/prrb and other stationary for maintaing record will have to be supply by contractor at his cost , these are included in the unit rate . ( iii ) contractor should provide tools kit to the highly skilled dg set operator for general maintenance , this is included in the unit rate . ( iv ) payment of one highly skilled dg set operator for one shift should not be less than rs . 1121 . 00 in any condition . ( v ) the quoted amount should not be less than rs . 1121 . 00 . , note:- for execution of item no-1 . 01 ( a ) the contractor /firm will have to make payment to their staffs/employees by 07th of every month through neft in their aadhar linked bank account . proof of payments to of deployed highly skilled dg set operator will have to submit in engineer-in charge office every month and will be kept in record in their office duly defaced by engr-in-charge . ( b ) contractor shall produce the salary disbursement record in engineer-in charge office for every month . ( c ) in case of any highly skilled dg set operator found absent from duty place , rs . 2242/- shall be recovered from each shift on account of panalty for highly skilled dg set operator . ( d ) highly skilled dg set operator will have to wear cloth/dress/uniform and also ppe like overall combination gum boot , crash halmet , hand glovers etc , approved by ge , in case of any highly skilled dg set operator found without dress/uniform on duty , rs . 50/- shall be recovered from each shift on account of penalty for dress . ( e ) carry out weekly maintenance of electrical panels installed in chs plant and intimate to engr-in-charge immediatetly for any defects/break down/repairs required . , the rate quoted by contractor shall be deemed to be included the following provisions :- for execution of item no-1 . 01 ( a ) the contractor shall arrange extra/other highly skilled dg set operator to provide weekly off to every duty person/highly skilled dg set operator , this is included in unit rate . ( b ) the contractor shall provide protective cloth/dress/uniform as approved by ge and hand tools to their employees like overall combination gum boot , crash halmet , hand glovers etc , these are included in unit rate . ( c ) contractor shall have to do insurance policy for their every employee/highly skilled dg set operator in shift duty with minimum rs . 2 . 0 lakhs , this included in unit rate . ( d ) the contractor shall be liable for any damage to the installation , equipments while operating the same . ( e ) log book and other documents of installation shall be maintain by the employee on duty and signed by all concerned . ( f ) contractor shall ensure that highly skilled dg set operator on duty , close his duty only after handing over the shift duty to his relever highly skilled dg set operator for next shift as required at site and directed by engr-n-charge or his rep of installation . ( g ) fol required to run generator and chs will be collected well in advance from the department by concerned duty staff on his own arrangement . ( h ) epf , esic for the employees must be applied by the contractor as per latest policy of the state government and govt of india . , note:- for execution of item no-1 . 01 ( i ) fol will be issued under sch b free for consuming on proper usr and rates quoted by the tenderer shall be include all arrangements such as draw the fuel from store yard of asc supply point and transporting with carefully handling at installation , complete all as directed by engr-in-charge . ( ii ) contractor shall ensure cleaning of plants and surroundings area with required hand tools and cleaning material , this is included in unit rate .
