conversion of charpoy issued to otm and md accn under ge ( e ) lucknow . , repair of charpoy gi pipe as under ( fd-220 ) :- ( a ) removing unservceable nylon newar from charpoy gi pipe , tightining of loose components ( i . e . complete charpoy ) . ( b ) s&f plywood of size 1980 mm x 900 mm x 12 mm thick bwr grade isi marked confirming to is-303 make :- greenply/century/archid fixed with 12 mm x 6mm thick teak wood beading ( half round ) all around the plywood edges fixed with fevicol and headless nails , with mild steel galvanized iron nuts and bolts of suitable size and length . ( c ) s&f two stiffners made out of flat iron 40 x 5mm x 900 mm long ( each ) shall be fixed with gi nuts , bolts , washers of appropriate size as directed between the long rails , 14 nos of round head top bolt 6 mm dia 75 mm long and nut with steel washers to be used for fixing of plywood top including drilling holes complete all as specified and directed . ( note:- all steel sections except gi articles shall be painted with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and exposed surfaces of teak wood beading shall be french polished as specified ) . , s & f in repairs 32mm dia isi medium grade of approved make , long rail for gi chapoy pipe including removing unserviceable long rail , rest all as shown on drg complete all as specified and directed . , making short rail for gi charpoy obtained from item no . 2 above here-in-before cut in to length and threading including removing of existing unserviceable short rails all as specified and directed . , making leg for gi charpoy from short rail obtained from item no . 3 above here-in-before end threading other end provided with mnf clamp suitable for 19mm dia conduit pipe 3mm base plale welded at bottom and fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed . , removing existing old unserviceable check nut from charpoy gi pipe and supply & fix new check nut to charpoy gi pipe complete all as specified and directed . , removing existing old unserviceable elbow from charpoy gi pipe and supply & fix new gi elbow to charpoy gi pipe complete all as specified and directed .
