( b ) 300 kva voltage stablizer = 01 no . ( c ) 380 kva dg set = 01 no . ( d ) main lt panels = 01 no . ( e ) motor control auto tranformer starter panels = 03 nos . ( f ) water storage reservoir capacity 30000 glns = 01 no . ( g ) sluice valve / gate valve / non return valve = 15 nos . ( with deployment of operating staff one tradesman ( fgm ) in each shift for three shifts per day ( each shift of 08 hours ) . the shift timing for the month during contract period shall be as directed by engr-in- charge . the contractor will also be responsible for routine / preventive maintenance of eqipments and accessories , cleaning of surrounding area of the installation and the building inclusive of minor repair for leakage like providing gland packing , replacement of flange gasket and maintenace of control panel of dg set / pumping set / lt panel and tightening of loose connections in panels etc . and routinge / periodic maintenance as under :- note:- the following routine / preventive measures of above equipment / plant deemed to be included in the unit rates qouted against this item :- ( a ) pumping set ( i ) bearing lubrication using grease gun ( ii ) repair to leakage on pump set suction / delivery valve ( iii ) replacement of gland packing ( iv ) checking of coupling , bolts , nuts etc . ( ii ) trademan should inform to je concerned about any major breakdown and non availability of water for pumping . , maintenance and operating services of military hospital area elect substation round the clock for 24 hours including sunday and holiday having installed equipmt / mechinery as follows :- ( a ) dg set 125 kva-01 no ( b ) lt electric panel board -01 no ( c ) change over switch -01 no ( d ) transformer 200 kva -01 no ( e ) lt two pole structure -01 no , ( f ) apfc panel-01 no ( with depolyment of operating staff ( fgm-01 no ) in each sfift for three shifts per day ( each shift of 08 hours ) . the shift timing for the month during contract period and time schedule for functioning shall be all as specified and as dircetd by engineer-in-charge omprising the following works :- ( i ) running of dg set for standby supply ( ii ) ensure un-intrupted electric power supply under the sub stn / dg set justdiction ( iii ) daily cleaning of substation area and machineries installed ( iv ) maintance of dg set by replacemnt of engine oil , cleaning of air cleaner element etc . note : - ( i ) fuel and lubricant will be issued by the department ( ii ) the fgm will be well conversant with preventive measures in case of electrical accident and fire accident and fire fighting system ( iii ) trademen shall inform to je concerned in case of electrical system and dg set brekdown ( iv ) t&p required for maintance of plant and cleaning of installationm shall be provided by the contractor and the rate for the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates . , maintenance and operating services for various valves ( any size / type ) located at kasauli station for proper supply / collection / storage of water in distribution tanks in entire water distribution network at kasauli station ( i . e high level area kasauli , kasuli club & mes club ) including valve operation for proper distribution of water to various entitled / non-entitled users in one shifts daily per month including minor repairs of sluice valves / gate valves i . e tightening of nuts / bolts and replacement of glands packing etc to arrest the leakage complete all as directed by engr-in-charge .
