design , construction , manufacturing , inspection and testing , supply of trolley mounted complete screw pumps with flameproof motors and accessories , list of item ( s ) / work ( s ) as per tender documents , complete pump with motor ; pumps ; specifications given in item text/ annexure . ; pump design , construction , inspection , testing , preparation & shipment and guarantee shall be strictly as per job specification ( annexure-i ) , technical data sheet ( annexure-ii ) , iocl general technical specifications ( annexure-iii , iv , v , vi ) . the scope includes supply of trolley mounted screw pumps with flame proof motors and accessories like auxiliary pipes , coupling with non-sparking coupling guard , base frame trolley mounted , mechanical seal , pressure relief valve , commissioning spares and maintenance spares per the enquiry requirements . bidder has to quote as per boq mentioned in job specification annexure-i . bidder has to submit all necessary documents and drawings as per annexure-vii . in case of conflict in technical specifications following order of precedence shall be followed , job specification of pump annexure-i , process datasheet annexure-ii , iocl general technical specification annexure iii to vi , applicable code and standard of centrifugal pumps .
