as built drawings and o&m manuals), design , engineering, manufacture, fabrication, assembly, inspection & testing at vendors & sub-vendors works, painting, maintenance tools & tackles, mandatory spares , spares for erection, start-up and commissioning as required, fill of lubricants & consumables and till handing over of machines, forwarding, proper packing, shipment and delivery at site for project and package complete with all accessories for the total scope defined as per nit specification, amendment & agreements till placement of order. , complete reversible bucket wheel stacker cum reclaimer machines with accessories catering for four stockpiles as per layout furnished in annexure-4 (including design, engineering, manufacturing, inspection, supply with mechanical and electrical and c&i accessories as per the scope mentioned in technical enquiry specifications, rails & rail fixtures for machine, including belting for boom conveyor, belt weigher, end stops, storm anchors, air conditioning for operator cabins, all electricals, hydraulic drives (as applicable), with complete accessories, all electrical and c&i items required for machine as per nit specifications. , machine mounted dust suppression system forreversible bucket wheel stacker cum reclaimer machines along with wash down facility. , mechanical mandatory spares for reversible stacker reclaimer machines ( as per annexure-7) note 1: if any item appears in more than one place same shall be considered by the bidder irrespective of duplicity and price shall be considered accordingly. note 2: bidder shall not indicate not applicable against any of the spare (except for those items for which if applicable is specified). in case of non applicability, functionally equivalent spare to be mentioned with price in the relevant price schedules , stockyard management system ( including features like hotspot detection system, stockyard volumetric details, anti-collision system etc. )shall be provided complying with all the requirements as per customer nit and annexure-e. , electrical and c& i mandatory spares for reversible stacker reclaimer machines ( as per annexure-7) note 1: if any item appears in more engineering services , complete engineering activity for reversible stacker cum reclaimer package involving design, engineering, selection of equipment of the machine its sub- system (mechanical, electrical & c&i, 3d model drawings, review of civil drawings) as per the specification. the indicative drawings list is as per annexure-15. weightages for pro-rata payment for engineering against each drawing will be finalized during detail engineering by bhel and bhels decision shall be final in this regard. also, bhel reserves the right to change or re-distribute the weightage against the drawings/documents during detail engineering, if deemed required in subsequent revisions of this schedule. , installation services, erection & commissioning, pg test, o&m , installation services of 2 nos complete reversible bucket wheel stacker cum reclaimer machines including all equipment/sub-systems as per scope defined in nit specification comprising of receipt, unloading, handling, transportation & storage at site, lifting/shifting to closed/open storage, in-site transportation, to make approach road wherever required, round the clock security at open storage yard , closed storage shed & erected material till completion of work, assembly, complete erection, alignment, carrying out pre-commissioning, commissioning, trial run at site and carrying out performance guarantee tests, reliability test run, functional/demonstration tests at site (as applicable obtaining provisional acceptance certificate (pac), final acceptance certificate (fac) and handing over of reversible bucket wheel stacker cum reclaimer machines including equipment & sub-systems ,complete with all accessories for the total scope defined as per nit specification, amendment & agreements till placement of order. , construction of open storage yard and closed storage shed: a. construction of temporary closed covered storage shed for storage & preservation of all supplied material for this package (with minimum dimensions: base area of 216 sq. m. x height 8m) with concrete flooring, sloped roof and rolling shutter. b. bidder shall also consider fencing of open storage and site fabrication area as and when allocated at site. c. bidder to build its own site office and make arrangement for field hostel for its staff. , touch- up painting at site after erection. , training at contractors premises the contractor shall conduct training of engineers of the owner on engineering, operation and maintenance of the equipment at the contractors or associates or sub vendors premises where adequate training facilities are available during the design and manufacturing stage of the contractor. three (3) sets of the materials included in the training modules shall be handed over to the owner upon completion of the training the content of the training programme shall include but not be limited to: 1. equipment principles in management and practice for operators, technicians and maintenance personnel. 2. equipment operation and systems training for operators as applicable. 3. maintenance training programme covering electrical, mechanical and instrumentation and control. bidder to refer cl no. 19.00.00 in vol. ii-a/section-v general technical requirements of nlc lead specifications and shall adhere to the same. , operation and maintenance training at site :bidder to after commissioning, o&m demonstration of machine with all interlocks and satisfactory training to customer. this service shall be demanded on site requirement basis during full load operation of tps(shifts as defined in the specification) , bidder shall carry out maintenance as per o&m manual up to provisional take over by nlc as per accepted practices. for detailed specification refer nlc
