principal consultancy services principal consultancy services including project management consultancy for civil , electrical , mechanical works and allied services to setup a tier-ii multi peta-flops , high performance computing ( hpc ) system for drdo , hyderabad , part - a , consultancy services for the scope of work as detailed below :- , preparation of request for proposal ( rfp ) document for creation of infrastructure for a data center with tier-ii configuration , balance of process utility services mainly hvac , server cooling , external / internal electrification , fire fighting and other special e&m services . the infrastructure also includes allied services including but not limited to roads , culverts , area lighting , water supply , boundary wall , and landscaping / arboriculture . , the rfp document shall include but not limited to pq / shortlisting criteria , basic design & drawings , work schedule , technical specifications , guaranteed parameters , boq , list of makes , standard drawings / documents templates , cost of tender , and any other document / details required . , assisting and supporting in shortlisting of epc contractors ( ec ) , pre-bid meetings , clarifications on rfp etc . after issue of rfp document . , providing principal consultancy services in liaison with cce , epc contractor ( ec ) , external agencies and users from the date of award of loi till successful completion and handing over of the project . , review , checking , and final approval of all drawings / documents provided by ec till successful completion and handing over of the project as per the timelines mentioned at 3 . 1 . 2 . 3 of annexure iv for review / approval . , checking of psmb , rpmb , prb , road register , fan and meter register etc . submitted by epc contractor . , integration of entire system in consultation with user / cce / epc contactor , preparation of handing / taking over documents along with preparation and finalization of acceptance test procedures ( atp ) and guaranteed parameters . , preparation of safety norms / guidelines / documents for the project . , part - b - project management consultancy , quality checks , project coordination , monitoring , and review . site visits for sample design checks , providing on-site design with necessary corrective actions . the pc will deploy manpower to the site from the start of construction work till the completion and handing over of project as mentioned below:- , ( a ) project manager - 1 no . , ( b ) civil engineer - 1 no . , ( c ) electrical engineer - 1 no . , ( d ) mechanical / hvac engineer - 1 no . , ( e ) quality & safety engineer - 1 no . , note: the requirement of engineers in pmc will be decided by the department before commencement of the work .
