tender for 12000 hourly routine on both das for icgs c-150-1 e-12 : 12000 hrly routine on both da carried out. following job to be undertaken during 12000 hrly routines:- ( a ) inspect / adjust engine valve lash. ( b ) inspect and clean heat exchanger carry out pressure testing. ( c ) inspect after cooler core. ( d ) replace cooling system water temperature regulator. ( e ) inspect generator set vibration. ( f ) inspect starting motor and dynamo. ( g ) inspect and clean turbocharger. ( h ) inspect water pumps ( coolant and sea water pump ) . ( j ) check engine safety device, the following safety trips / alarm sensors to be checked and calibrated:- ( i ) low lub oil pressure. ( ii ) high water temperature. ( iii ) over speed trip ( k ) cooling system coolant extender ( elc ) to be added ( l ) renew lub oil / fuel oil system hoses. ( m ) replace crank case breather. ( n ) overhaul / service exchange sea water pump. ( p ) overhaul or exchange:-cylinder head assembly, oil pump and fuel oil transfer pump ( q ) inspect and / or replace:-crank shaft bearing, crankshaft seal, thrust bearing, main bearing and cr bearing. ( r ) chemical clean and pressure test:-oil cooler, heat exchanger core and charge air cooler. ( s ) renew sea water pump. 2 packing charge of sub-assemblies and insuarnce cover of sub-assemblies
