bids are invited for services for undertaking w5/ 6000 hrly routines on both main engine of icgs c-156 (make: m/s mtu, model: 16v2000m92) on pac basis as per cg approved maintops.-1 drain coolant and flush coolant system 2 carry out all 3000 hrly routine serials 3 replace fuel injectors 4 endoscope examination of cylinder chambers to be carried out and report to be examined. 5 clean air pipe 6 replace air filters 7 clean intercooler and check for leaks 8 checks engines coolant thermostat 9 check centrifugal oil filter for wear 10 check vibration damper 11 replace diaphragm of crank case breather 12 clean engine coolant cooler and check for leaks 13 clean engine oil heat exchanger and check for leak 14 check engine alignment 15 clean fuel cooler 16 check rocker arms, valve bridges, pushrods and ball joints for wear 17 replace sealing material of all disassembled components 18 19 overhaul engine coolant pump 20 overhaul raw water pump overhaul cylinder heads and piston crowns and visually inspect running pattern of cylinder liners
