supply of workshop equipments - i : design ( i.e. preparation and submission of drawing / documents including “as built” drawings and o&m manuals ) , engineering, procurement, manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, inspection by tpi, painting, testing at vendors & sub-vendor’s works, fill of lubricants & consumables till warranty period, along with spares for erection, start up and commissioning as required, initial spares ( as applicable ) , foundation bolts, nuts, lock nuts, washers, levelling pads, cutting tools and cutting tool mounting accessories ( as applicable ) , power cable and plug for mobile equipment ( as applicable ) , maintenance tools & tackles ( as applicable ) , packing, supply, transportation, supervision of erection & installation, commissioning, training to the owner, demonstration testing at site for workshop equipments as per technical specification no. s-17047-4-bsm-mr080 , mechanical workshop machineries ( refer annexure-02 - boq for mechanical workshop machineries attached in the mr no. s-17047-4-bsm-mr080 ) , supervision of erection, testing & commissioning , overtime rate / hour beyond normal 8 hours work on normal working days. , training to the owner
