design, engineering, manufacturing, procurement of materials and bought out components, assembly at shop, testing at manufacturers works, inspection by tpia, packing, supply of desuperheaterincluding supply of all mandatory spares, pre-commissioning & commissioning spares, spares for transportation (as per mr),for all tags, special tools and tackles, all auxiliaries & documentation,as per the enclosed tender standard specifications, job specification, data sheets etc. and other codes and standards attached or referred as per material requisition for iocl digboirefinery at, assam, india-- 1 desuperheater consisting of control valve (globe) 2 supervision charges, (other details as per the material requisition)unit rate forsupervision sevices of erection and commissioning / performance testing & training chrages as per details mentioned in material requisition for quoted items as per enclosed instructions to vendor per diem charges upto 8 hrs on normal working days.
