mechanical works of hydromechanical equipments of gates at weber barrage, distt-etah under annual maintenance.- bewar barrage, etah. gate size : 12.00 x 5.35 mtr.= 12 nos. & 12.00 x 6.35 mtr. = 3 nos. 2 greasing of main rollers of gate after cleaning replacing grease nipple / grease cup as required including cost of material labour & t&p etc. for proper completion of work. 3 repairing of guide roller ( side away roller ) by taking our defective gide roller from gate, rethreading of foundation hole after extracting broken foundation bolts, repairing of pin by remetalling by welding machine of roller shaft, assembling the guide roller and fitting on gates with new foundation bolt and new rubber bushes and necessary oiling and greasing including cost of material, all material, labour t&p test trial etc. required for proper completion of work . 4 repairing and overhauling of main roller assembly ( back guide rollers ) of bewar barrage by detaching roller assembly from gate with the help of jigs and fixture, jacks etc., cutting lock plate, lock plate and bolts etc. by gas after lifting of gate with chain pulley blocks at both ends for taking our barrage gate from gate groove and holding it till completion of repairing of roller to enable for extracting defective rollers from gate and refitting, lifting, dismantling roller assy. from gate by manila rope and shifting to nearest workshop, dismantling roller assy., cleaning, washing, checking, repairing wornout roller shaft by rematalling, machining, polishing or replacing remetalling, wornout / deshaped bore ( brg seat ) of roller and reassembling including wornout / damaged bearing and g.m. spacers, shifting to gate and fitting in gate after replacing lock base plate, lock plate and bolts, welding lock base place, greasing and testing etc. by operating gate after removing both chain pulley blocks including cost of all material, labour t&p and scaffolding etc. for proper completion of work.
