tender for repair to certain black top road, culverts, retaining wall etc at rms dholpur; 1 m & l preparing existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushers for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and directed. 2 m&l for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen vg-10 grade @ 05 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed. 3 m&l bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30mm thick ( consolidated thickness ) using paving bitumen vg-30 with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix laid with mechanical power and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.note :- ( i ) in case the binder contents by weight of total mix is less than 5.5% as per actual design mix , the price adjustment shall be made as per average rates of all paid voucher for bitumen pertaining to this work. if total binder contents as per actual design mix is more than 5.5%, no price adjustment shall be made for the same. ( ii ) job mix formula for bitumenous macadam shall be obtained from the institutions specified in ca prior to commencement of work and shall be got approved from the ge. 4 m&l for premix bituminous macadam with 4% bitumen binder of total mix laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber ( consolidated thickness 75mm or less ) ( using paving bitumen vg-30 ) by weight of total mix spread, rolled and consolidated with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.note: ( i ) in case the binder contents by weight of total mix is less than 4% as per actual design mix , the price adjustment shall be made as per average rates of all paid voucher for bitumen pertaining to this work. if total binder contents as per actual design mix is more than 4%, no price adjustment shall be made for the same. ( ii ) job mix formula for bitumenous macadam shall be obtained from the institutions specified in ca prior to commencement of work and shall be got approved from the ge. 5 supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with pama striplens reflector of model no. da 972.0 fixed with and incl ms stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed. 6 supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall ( 100% water proofing design according to 65 ) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm ( shank 65mm ) of high efficiency mono rystafie solar panel 2.4v / 0.3 watt one ni-ed rechargeable battery ( 1.2v / 1600ma ) consisting of super bright led with 10, 000 to 18, 000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed. 7 m & l for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to bs 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. 8 demolition of brick work or stone / bolder masonary, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed. 9 m&l for walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bonded bedded, and solidily hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. 10 m&l for stone walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bonded bedded, and solidily hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 but exceptstone complete all as specified and directed. 11 extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing, of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling uncoursed or brought up to courses with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n. exc. 40 mm, on lime or sand stones complete all as specified and directed. 12 m&l for plain cement concrete type b1 1:2:4 ( 20 mm graded aggregate ) as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear sp and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered anglesand throating, complete all as specified and directed. 13 m&l forflush pointing to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought up to courses in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. 14 demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced ) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness ( below or above ground level ) and removing unserviceable material exc 100 mtr complete all as specified and directed. 15 m&l for pcc 1:3:6 type -c2 using 40mm graded aggregate 75mm thick in floors / pvaings ( for both sides of road ) complete all as specified and directed.
