annual maintenance contract for housekeeping works at cmpdi office building , bhubaneswar , sweeping/cleaning of floors inside office building ( excluding toilet/washroom , electrical room and sub-station ) including dusting of all table , chair , computers , self , almirah , file cabinet , partitions etc . collection and lifting of garbage/ waste from floors and dustbin and dumping it in a waste land/dumping yard out side the office compound including collection , carriage and disposal of garbage manually or mechanically daily as per instruction of e i c or his authorised representative . , moping/washing of floors inside office building using necessary cleaners as per instruction of eic or his authorised representative . , sweeping , mopping cleaning of all toilets including all fittings and fixures using all necessary cleaners , room fresheners and napthalin etc . , atleast twice a day to the satisfaction of engineer-in-charge or his authorised representative , carriage , loading , unloading and disposal of garbage from cmpdi office premises to dumping yard or suitable place/selection of place of disposal is contractors responsibility , providing services for miscellenous nature of unskilled work as per direction of engineer-in-charge , supply of phenyl/lizol or equivalent as per instruction of eic , supply of harpic or equivalent as per instruction of eic , supply of napthalene balls as per instruction of eic , supply of room freshner as per instruction of eic , supply of hand wash as per instruction of eic , total impact of gst for the purpose of ctc
