bids are invited for custom bid for services - daily assistance in cleaning of drains collection and removal of garbage brooming of roads clearing of grass and other allied cleaning works at subhash nagar and gandhi nagar colony of ghugus sub area of wani area - cleaning of drains, including removal of silt, sludge, garbage, floating and settled waste, uprooting and disposal of vegetation/weeds from inside and around the drains (upto 1m from drain edge) , complete cleaning of drain bed, sides and edges, and stacking/loading/disposal of removed material at designated locations by providing and deploying manpower, as directed by the engineer-in-charge, complete in all respects.the item shall include deployment of minimum 5 (five) manpower per day, shall be male workers, physically fit and experienced in drain cleaning works. minimum 300 m of drain is to cleaned every day of deployment of labours. payment shall be made after ensuring of daily cleanliness of the drain. all labour shall be provided with necessary hand tools, safety gear and equipment required for effective execution of the work.scope of work:- frequency is considered twice a month for drains upto 750 mm width and once a month for drains more than 750 mm width to maintain periodicity of the cleaning. , brooming of road surface including side berms of all roads in subhash nagar and gandhi nagar colony and within the premises of service building & other places. brooming and cleaning of road surface including clearing and removing of vegetation of side berms of the road etc complete including collection of garbage & disposal of rubbish beyond a lead of 3.5 km or upto a distance of dump yard etc complete as directed by engineer incharge.note: a) the periodicity for the cleaning of roads shall be thrice every two month, approximately (upto 2000 sqm per day).b) for efficient and periodic cleaning of roads, one no. of manpower should be deployed daily. , clearing jungle and grass, bushes including uprooting of plants and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 500 m outside the periphery of the area cleared all complete as per the instructions of engineer incharge by mechanical means using grass cutter machine or any other machine as per the requirement of the site. minimum 4 number of manpower to be deployed for job including skilled manpower for operation of tools/machine. scope of work:- frequency is considered three times a year to maintain periodicity of the cleaning. , disposal of dead animals including transportation to the specified place making earth pit,disposal of dead animal into the pit with adequate quantity of salt,lime and bleaching powder etc and refilling the pit with earth all complete with tools,tackles & consumables as per instruction of engineer incharge. , sweeping/cleaning of roof/terrace surfaces, collecting debris, removing vegetation, collecting to nearest dumping point upto 50 m lead including the cost of labour, helper, t&p (ladder, brooms, baskets, etc), incidental consumables and safety/ppe kits, contractor profit and other accessories. all complete as per instruction of engineer incharge. scope of work:- frequency is considered twice times a year to maintain periodicity of the cleaning. , collection of garbage from door to door through rikshaw (electrically/mechanically operated) garbage container & disposal of the same through mechanised vehicle or other suitable arrangement to the specified place, i.e. all residential and service building at subhash nagar and gandhi nagar colony of wa, within a lead of 3.5 km complete as per instruction of engineer incharge. minimum 2 no. of manpower to be deployed.
