hiring of vehicles for operational and official purpose at pakyong airport pakyong , providing services of passenger vehicel like tata sumo/ belora /tuv or equivalent not older than three ( 03 ) years either petrol or diesel driven including the hire charges of vehicle , driver fuel lubricant oil , insurance of vehicle i/c third party maintenance and repair all taxes but excluding gst etc . complete on monthly hiring basis @ 10-12 hrs daily operation , deploying 02 nos . vehicles per month m & m bolero , scorpio , tata sumo etc . limiting upto 2000 . 00 km per vehicle per month . note- agency has to quote the rate for 02 nos . ( two ) vehicle per month . note : 1 . the contracting agency has to provide and submit all the valid documents revelant to the vehicle and driver such as registration certificate , all sikkim and west bengal driver licence , insurance , fitness certificate and puc ( and any other prevalent rto regulatory document ) etc for arranging aep , apd for working within airport premises . 2 . the driver should be decent and skilled person equiped with proper uniform , shoes , mobile phone on duty and fully aware with the traffic rules having a light motor license etc . 3 . for item no . 1 , in case of distance covered is less than 2000 kms by indivisual vehicle between 1500 . 00 to 2000 . 00 kms in a month , difference in km shall be carried forward for the next months . payment fo the milage in kms covered beyond 2000 kms by indivisual vehicle shall be made on pro- rate basis depending on actual mailage logged on monthly basis . in case of distance covered is less than 1500 km by individual vehicle rs . 28/- per km shall be recovered . 4 . applicable gst shall be paid separately on production of valid tax invioce . 5 . agency has to deploy 02 nos . vehicle m&m bolero , scorpio , tata sumo etc . per day for 12 months .
