comprehensive maintenance contract of sewage treatment plant ( stp , 2 x 15 kld ) and water treatment plant ( capacity 50 , 000 ltr . /day ) at indian aviation academy and hostel block vasant kunj , new delhi . , providing overhauling of 2 x 15 kld stp and associated accessories including replacement of fab media , blower belt , gear oil , sira , bioculture , activated carbon , fillter media , mono blockpump , sand & gravel media sand filter , strainer , rubber gasket , nut bolts etc , alongwith carrying out the testing of treatedwater from cspcb approved lab to meet the requirements as per the environmental consent and as per design data after completion of overhauling complete etc as required as per the terms and special conditions of the contract . the job includes painting of stp also . , comprehensive maintenance of sewage treatment plant of capacity 2x 15 kld including motors , pumps , blowers , electrical panel , consumable spares/ materials on monthly basis and cleaning and upkeeping the stp as per site requirement alongwith carrying out the quarterly testing of treatedwater for bod , cod , ph , tss & other physical and chemical parameters from cspcb approved lab to meet the requirements as per the environmental consent complete etc as required as per the terms and special conditions of the contract . , cleaning and upkeeping of all the tank by empting all the material including sludge and all with the help of vaccum truck ( sewage carrying truck ) or pump set and dump the same etc . as and when required . , site visit of engineering during the insecpection by cpcc/dpcc officers as and when it required for noc ( legal compliance with dpcc/cpcc ) . , comprehensive maintenance of water treatment plant including supply of salt and chlorine and replacement of softener resins , activated carbon , multigrade-filter media to achieve the desired value as specified and replacement of mechanical seal , impeller , valve as & when required complete etc as required as per the terms and special conditions of the contract . , running operation and routine maintenance of stp ( 2 x 15 kld ) & wtp on all days round the clock in three shift . shift duty performed shall be by 2 nos . semi skilled & 2 nos . unskilled labour including sunday and holidays etc . ( morning shift 1 nos . semi skilled , evening 1 nos . semi skilled , 1 no . unskilled in general shift & night 1 nos . unskilled ) 8 hr . each shift . , engagement of extra manpower in case of exigencies etc as required , semi-skilled , unskilled
