bids are invited for operation and maintenance of effluent/sewage treatment plant - operation and comprehensive maintenance contract of sewage treatment plant (stp) of capacity 52 kld at prayagraj airport for two year (year 2026 2028); operation and comprehensive mainten.. - periodical running operation and maintenance services of sewage treatment plant (stp) of capacity 52kld working on the fluidized media reactor(fmr) technology comprising of all machinery equipments installed in basement area of ancillary building including bar screen chambers, equalization tank, sludge holding tank, fmr tank, treated water tank, sump, blowers and aeration system, air-diffuser, multi grade/activated carbon filter, filter press, sludge return pumps, filter feed pumps, electrical panel and all accessories by deputing man power including attending complaints /faults/ breakdowns by tools and tackles to ensure serviceability, preventive maintenance, up keeping maintenance records/ documentation, ensure the plant in good serviceable condition etc. complete as required as per the enclosed special conditions of contract and technical specifications.(the agency has to depoly 03 nos.semi-skilled manpower (01nos. in each shift round the clock for 365 days) , comprehensive maintenance of sewage treatment plant of capacity 52 kld including all accessories like fmr feed pump, mgf feed pump, filter press feed pump, submersible pump, sludge transfer pump, filter feed pumps, blowers, treated water transfer pump etc. consumable spares/materials, chemicals, ensure the stp plant in good serviceable condition etc as per special condition of contract. , cleaning and upkeeping of all the tank by emptying all the material mechanically or manually and dump the same etc as and when required. , replacement of defective twin lobe/positive displacement type root blower for supplying air to coarse bubble mixing aerator in collection tank fine bubble diffused aeration in fmr complete with base frame, suction filter. suction and discharge silencers, safety valve, pressure gauges, anti vibration pads, v-belt and guard, pulley and all other accessories etc. with suitable drive motor as per specification and as per scc requirements.
