hiring of 01 no toyota innova crysta /mahindra marazzo/kia seltos or its equivalent vehicle ( 2018 or later model or equivalent including driver ) on monthly contract basis at trichy international airport , an air conditioned vehicle toyota innova crysta/mahindra marazzo/kia seltos or its equivalent four wheeler ( model 2018 or later , onward with registration ) on operation , running and maintaining with driver , to operate inside the operational area as well as in and around trichy and other places as directed by engineer in-charge or his authorized representative on monthly basis , daily 10 hours for total running up to 1500 kms per month , it includes the cost of hiring/owning , running of vehicle , salary of drivers , fuel , pol , vehicle repairs and maintenance expenses , overhead charges etc . , on monthly hire basis . hiring charges for 10 hrs per day ( up to 1500 km per month ) . note :- ( i ) daily reporting time of vehicle shall be from 09:00 am to 07:00 pm .
