operation and maintenance of e and m installations in operational area at srinagar international airport , srinagar ( for the year 2020-21 and 2021-22 ) , operation & maintainanace of internal & external electrical installations of terminal building / operational area/ /navaids & other annex buildings , apron flood lights etc within the operational area on all working days i/c saturdays , sundays , gazetted holidays & national holidays by carrying out the preventive/ breakdown maintenance and record keeping etc . by deploying following minimum man power to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge . ( i ) supervisor :- 01 no . ( highly skilled ) in general shift . ( ii ) electrican ( skilled ) :- 06 nos . ( 02 nos in each shift for two shifts & 01 no in general shift + 01 no reliever ) . ( iii ) helper ( un-skilled ) :- 06 nos . ( 02 nos in each shift for two shifts & 01 no in general shift + 01 no reliever ) . , assisting the engineering office in day to day office work like generation & submission of electrical parameters , periodic status report , expenditure report , estimation and other day today record keeping by use of computer by deploying of following manpower ( in general shift ) ( except sundays & national holidays ) ( computer shall be provided by aai ) . note: the above item to be executed till providing the office assisting manpower through contract awarded by chq . , computer operator ( highly skilled ) :- 03 nos . , office attendent ( un skilled ) :- 02 nos , operation of escalators & lifts installed at srinagar international airport during operational hours ( 8 hrs/ shift ) on all days including saturday , sunday , gazetted & national holidays at site by deploying the following minimum manpower . the operator has to ensure general cleaning of the installation & maintaining records . consumables viz cleaning material ( colin , duster etc . ) & stationary for maintaining record shall be provided by the contractor . a ) lift / escalator operator- ( skilled ) - 12 nos . ( 02 nos in each shift for two shifts & 06 nos in general shift + 02 nos reliever ) , carrying out the works covered under dsr ( electrical ) 2018 , of value upto rs 5 , 00 , 000/-- ( five lakh only ) the payment of dsr items shall be released on the basis of perctange above/below quoted on rs 5 , 00 , 000/- note: guiidline for quoting %age rate for the bidder . 1 . the bidder has to quote the rates in the rates column aganist the works of rs . 500000/-of dsr 2018 ( electrical ) and same shall be converted into %age above/below on the dsr 2018 ( considering the rates of dsr 2018 as base rates ) . 2 . for example if bidder quotes rs . 525000/- in rates column then same shall be converted into %age of dsr 2018 as under ( ( 525000 - 500000 ) / 500000 ) i . e . 5% above on dsr 2018 and accordingly payment shall be made by applying the %age i . e . 5% above on dsr 2018 rates for items covered in dsr 2018 .
