annual maintenance contract of e and m installations of academy and hostel block at indian aviation academy vasant kunj , new delhi annual maintenance contract of e and m installations of academy and hostel block at indian aviation academy vasant kunj , new delhi , sh-i operational & maintenance of internal and external electrical installation . , annual operation maintenance contract of internal & external electrical installation of l . t . panels ( i/c acbs , mccbs , all relays etc . ) , waste to composte machine ( 150kg per day input capacity ) , solar water heating system etc . on all working days i/c sunday & holiday in three shifts operation at sites . the wireman-cum-operator shall note down all the parameters in log book , operating waste to composte machine round the clock , attend the electrical complaints and maintain the electrical installation at the site . the contractor depute folllowing minimum manpower at each site as given below , the contractor has to deploy the following minimum man power per . , i ) sr . supervisor ( highly skilled ) - 1 nos . in general shift in 6 days ( 8 hrs per day ) working in a week to supervise all the work at site/location given below and other electrical engineering works as instructed by e-i-c ( ii ) - highly skilled manpower ( computer operator ) - 1 nos . in general shift in 6 days ( 8 hrs per day ) working in a week . , academy block - ( i ) -wiremen ( skilled ) cum operator 12 hrs a day working i/c all holidays excluding sunday - 1 nos . ( i/c reliever ) ( ii ) -helper ( unskilled ) in 12 hrs a day working i/c all holidays excluding sunday - 1 nos . ( i/c reliever ) , hostel block ( i ) - wiremen ( skilled ) cum operator on round the clock basis ( 8 hrs per day ) working i/c all holidays & sunday - 3 nos . ( 1 no . in each shift of 8hrs i/c reliever ) ( ii ) -helper ( unskilled ) on round the clock basis 8 hrs working i/c sunday & holidays - 3 nos . ( 1 no . in each shift 8 hrs . i/c reliever ) , first year , second year , sh-ii : operation & miantenance of waste to composte machine . comprehensive maintenance of 150 kg/day capacity waste to compost machine including putting the kitchen waste in the machine & collecting the compost in plastic bags , providing oiling greasing for waste to compost machine when ever required , providing thermal oil for waste to compost machine when ever required , providing saw dust for waste to compost machine as required on daily basis for operation and maintaining log books of waste to compost machine etc . as required & directed by eic . , sh-iii supplying of dg set battery . supplying of dg set battery 12v 180ah dry type maintenance free , as per required battery specification and including freight charges for deliver iaa , vasant kunj . ( make-kirloskar , exide /amco /prestolite /amaron /genpro /standard furukawa/ lucas /hbl nife ) . including buy back price/rate of 12v 180ah batteries ( make-exide power safe ) . the batteries to be taken/ collected after replacement with new batteries with required accessories . , sh-iv dsr ( electrical ) items as and when required . carrying out any of the internal and external schedule items available in dsr ( e&m ) 2018 as when required and as directed by e-i-c complete as required for a fixed amount of rs . 3 lakhs . ( note: the contractor has to quote an amount above or below the fixed amount of rs . 3 lakhs . the difference of the amount so quoted and rs . 3 lakhs shall be calculated for % age w . r . t the rs . 3 lakhs . the said work out +/- % age will be applied to the dsr 2018 rate and the quoted amount shall be consider as payable rate of the bidder for each items without any esclation/cost index at any time during contract period . ) , engagement of extra manpower in case of exigencies etc as required skilled , engagement of extra manpower in case of exigencies etc as required un-skilled
