construction of road safety work in widening and strengthening of gadaura to laxmipur khurd via karanjaha-chatiya odr road under inter state cunnectvity yojna year 2020-21 in district mahrajganj lot no 01 of 03 , providing and laying bituminous concrete with 60-90 tph batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.40 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per morth specification clause no. 509 complete in all respects. (including labour cess & gst will be paid extra as applicable) , providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50 mm thick including reflectroising beads @ 250 gms. per sqm. area. thicknes of 2.50 mm is exclusive of suface applied glass beads. as per irc 35. the finished surface to be levell, uniform and free from streaks and holes. (including labour cess & gst will be paid extra as applicable) , supply fixing & eraction of built up overhead structure of 12m -15m span comprising of three vertical posts of 6.00 m height made up of 300 mm nb heavy class ms pipe as vertical member welded with 10 mm ms plate at top & 12 mm ms plate at bottom. the horizontal truss shall comprise of 50 mm dia heavy class ms. pipe and 40 mm dia heavy ms pipe as bracing & 10 mm ms plate at bottom for fixing to verticlal post as per structure design & drawing with one of steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel plant. the work includes construction of rcc foundation of size 0.90x0.90 mm of required depth as per site condition for built up structure including earth work in excavation 100 mm thick lean concrete in 1:4:8 (cement coarse sand and 40 mm gauge s.b) rcc with 1:2:4 (cement coarse sand and 20 mm stone grit) including supply and fixing of 25 mm dia foundation bolts 600 mm long as per provision of structure design including cost of reinforcement & shuttering the lateral vertical clearances and complete. (including labour cess & gst will be paid extra as applicable) , providing and laying caution board including cost of all material, labour all type of taxes etc. required for proper completion of the work.
