replacement of damaged 132 kv distance protection relay of bindki-sarh line with new one and synchronization of realys with scada at 132 kv substation bindki, under electy. trans. division-fatehpur- 1 inspection and rectification of abb make substation automation system installed at 132 kv s / s bindki. the following works are including for healthy scada communication. 2 replacing the defective armourd optical fiber cable and splicing it if required any anywhere in the ring. 3 repplacing the defective fo multimod patch cords. 4 checking & rectifying the healthiness of lius and its communicating ports. 5 checking & rectifying the healthiness of iec 61850-7 ethernet switches. 6 replacing the defective cat-5 / lan cables and checking its healthiness. 7 rectifying communication healthiness of mod bus rtu for various mfm meters. 8 rectification / checking healthiness of gps system and its time synchronisation with all relays. 9 re-installation of old backup to scada. 10 checking the healthiness of all protection relays communication to scada. 11 checking of all required events, alarms, numericals datas, status and signals to scada from various bays & feeders. 12 checking the sld of s / s to scada screen. 13 checking the all required operations of equipments from scada. 14 configuration of ethernet switches / modems / rtu etc. if required. ( at the time of rectification all required materials and computer parts will be arranged by department without extra charges. scada license key, activation dey, old sas backup, and software cd will be provided by department. ) 15 replacing defected rel650 abb make relay by new rel650 abb relay in 132 kv bindki-sarth line bays crp panel, with work of retrofitting and configuration and testing and commissioning of new distance relay, configuring line parameters and other required settings, new relay and testing kit will be provided by department without any extra cost during test.
