trouble shooting/rectification of scada at 132 kv gis oph prayagraj, under etd-ii, prayagraj.- 1 scada hmi troubleshooting/ rectification of the ziv make scada substation automation system installed, the following work included to make healthy scada system, a) replacing the defective fiber patch cords/cat-5 cables, if any.b) checking & rectifying the healthiness of iec61850-3 compliance ethernet switches. c) rectification /checking healthiness of the old backup installed at the system, if any. d) checking the all-healthiness communication in between protection relays and scada system. e) checking the sld communication failure on scada hmi. f) checking the real time analogue values on the scada system. f) checking and rectifying the control command issues from scada to bcpus, if any. subject to cb /iso must be control from the respective bcpus. all above mentioned material will be provided by the contactor, however except the above following material like, scada software soft licence key, activation key,rtu/gateway latest backup and latest sas backup will be provided by the department. 2 bay integration/configuration in the existing ziv make scada of 132kv bay a). creation of single line diagram (sld) graphics, b). database point configuration as per the exiting database version 3.00, c). alarm /event/ report templates generation d). real time report page generation for hourly/daily/ monthly). e) soft interlock logics templates generation, f) buffered/un-buffered report control block updation as per the bcpus files. 3 configuration and commissioning of siemens make ethernet switch with existing scada system, checking the iec61850 communication ring and its networking troubleshooting if any. 4 configuration of the. icd/.cid files for iec61850base logical nodes/variables of iec61850 base bcus/ relays of respective feeders. 5 checking and troubleshooting of communication architecture of fiber optic ring system to make scada system operational spicing of fiber optics patch cord of damaged fibers if required. 6 supply and installation of fiber patch cords 62,5 mm of suitable length and connectors for existing scada system. 7 gateway configuration and testing validation work of the above mentioned feeders to send the real time data to sldc lucknow and sldc modipuram.
