special repair to static water tank ( swt ) no. 01, 17, 24, 27, 35, 36, 50 and 54 at mil stn kanasar. 1 demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position ( not otherwise specifically provided for in this schedule, complete all as specified & as directed. 2 demolition of brickwork or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed. 3 taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster, terrazo etc on pcc / stone surface / brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed. 4 m&l for cement concrete 1:2:4 type b1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copings and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including useand waste of form work ( straightor curved ) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified & as directed. 5 supply only integral water proofing compound ( isi marked ) complete all as specified & as directed. 6 m&l for brick work with old size burnt clay sub-class ‘b’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. 7 m&l for 75mm thick pcc ( 1:2:4 ) type b0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring, leveling course, etc, with wpc @ 2% by weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed. 8 m&l for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.note : supply only integral liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately. 9 m&l for preparation of plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic emulsion paint ( exterior grade ) of approved shade / tint over a coat of primer complete all as specified & as directed. 10 s&f hard drawn steel wire fabric, weight not exc 4 kg per sqm, cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire ( annealed ) not less than 0.9mm in dia, supplied and fixed in reinforcement, complete all as specified & as directed. 11 supply and fixing wire netting of galvanised steel wire 1.40mm dia fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.
