tender for special repair to bldg no od-20 inside vijay durg under ge(vd) kolkata- 1 (b/r portion)taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed. 2 m&l rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in two layer each of 10+5 mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surface in cm (1:4) & water proofing compound mixed with second layer @200 ml/bags finished fair and even. complete all as specified and directed. ( note -w.p.c. shall be measured and paid separetly . ) 3 m&l for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cm 1:6 finished rendering surfaces even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed 4 m&l rendering 10 mm thick in cm 1:3 on concrete as in ceiling/landing etc on concrete surface finish even and smooth without using extra cement with and including taking down cement or lime plaster of any description complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 5 supplying integral water proofing compound. 6 demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.
