cleaning and sweeping of m . d . office , m . d . residence and colony area at vidyut nagar , hydel colony , varanasi , providing services inside m . d . office campus for cleaning & sweeping of rooms , removal of cobwebs from rooms and corridors , dusting of furnitures in entire campus , brooming of road , parking & canteen area including bathroom cleaning with phynile etc . the rate shall exclude cost of phynile , bleaching powder , t&p etc . required for proper completion of work or as directed by e/i . , providing services in hydel colony for cleaning & brooming of roads , side pattries etc . & collecting the rubbish/disposable material from different residences and its disposal at nearest dumping station etc . including all labour and t&p required for proper completion of work or as directed by e/i . , clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetations , grass , bush , wood , trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1 . 0m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50m outside the periphery of uppcl area cleared or as directed by e/i . , cleaning of main drain or width more than 300 mm . including disposal of waste refuses sludge out side the boards area including washing and cleaning by clean water completely as per direction of the engineer-in-charge including cost of all labour , t&p etc . required for proper completion of the work . , same as above in item no . 20 . 14 but for drain of width less than 300 mm . , disposal of rubbish/debris/garbage etc . including collection and loading at different collection point in hydel colony/m . d . office/cze office etc . and there after disposing it at karsana power plant/ any other suitable places upto a distance of 20km including all labours and t&p etc . required for proper completion of work as directed by e/i . , supply of cleaning materials , tools & t&p etc . such as phenyl , acid , washing powder , dusing broom , stick broom , harpic , cleaning cloth , wiper , toilet brush , phenyl tablet , odonil , jhaliya etc . required for proper completion of work as directed by e/i . ( for md office etc . ) , supply of cleaning materials , tools & t&p etc . such as phenyl , acid , washing powder , dusing broom , stick broom , harpic , cleaning cloth , wiper , toilet brush , phenyl tablet , odonil , jhaliya etc required for proper completion of work as directed by e/i . ( for hydel colony , badminton hall , i . t . training centre b . n . 1 , 2 , 3 , 5&11 etc . ) , special terms & conditions:- , complete cleaning and sweeping in entire m . d . office shall be carried out daily from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm by engaging at least four number sweepers including toilet , rooms , corridors , campus etc . cleaning of the m . d . office , campus rooms , corridors , toilet etc . shall be completed up to 9 . 30 a . m . postively in all working day . each toilet and corridors shall be cleaned minimum four times in a day and other necessary works shall be completed by the contractor as per direction of e/i . , the contractor must engage daily at least five number of sweeper from 6 . 00 a . m . to 6 . 00 p . m . for cleaning/sweeping sevices in colony area which include cleanling of road and road pattries , outer/common area of the residences , m . d . and directors residences , badminton hall , i . t . training centre etc . including collection of garbage from houses etc . and other works as directed by e/i . , under special circumstances , it will be responsibility of contractor to engage workers till that time , office is in operation beyond 6 . 00 pm . , it will be responsibility of contractor to provide uniform to each and every worker and it will be his responsibility to check that his every worker is well dressed . ra . , the payment of all cleaning work and disposal of garbage , claning of drains , road etc . shall be done in respective items of the b . o . q , if any of contractors worker is found absent from his work area , rs . 300 per worker per day will be deducted as penality from the bill . , if the work area or any of specified areas are found untidy by e/i , it would be his decision to penalise the contractor by deducting his bill . , note-the rate of all items is exclusive of gst , so the contractor quoted rate is treated as gst extra .
