catering, caretaking and sweeping / cleaning services at 20, clive road, hydel colony, civil lines , prayagraj- 1 providing catering services ( with 02 no of cook ) and care taking services ( with 03 no of care takerswho follow shift a-6.00 am to 2.00 pm, shift b-2.00 pm to 10.00 pm and shift c-10.00 pm to 6.00 am ) in erector hostels / guest houses / inspection houses by engaging at least 5 persons including up keep of rooms replacement of bed sheets bed covers dusting of furnitures and rooms but excluding their cleaning including watch & ward of erector hostal / guest house / inspection houses, permises and furniture, electric installation in the building maintainance and cleaning of cutlery. crockery and also including provision of morning / evening tea and meals on payment basis to the guests / occupants required for proper completion of work as directed by e / i. 2 providing cleaning and sweeping services inside & outside of guest house, sweeping and pochha of rooms, kitchen hall, entrance lobby, stair cases, corridors in ground floor, first floor etc. dusting of furniture inside rooms, brooming of roads, parking area etc. including bathroom cleaning with phenyl, bleaching powder t&p etc. ( the rate is exclusive of phenyl, bleaching powder, t&p cost etc. ) required for proper completion of work as directed by e / i. 3 maintenance of lawns, grass , seasonal flower bed, hedge etc including plantation of seasonal flower plants, permanent ornamental plant etc in flower pots / moasic gamala / lawn / earthen gamala etcincluding cost of all materials, labour & required t&p etc for proper completion of work as directed byengineer i / c . 4 providing consumables material items likephenyl, bleaching powder, harpic, odonil etc and t&p like broom, brush etc required for proper cleaning of room & toilet etc as directed by e / i. 5 providing lunch / dinner in guest house during departmental meetings / official visit as directed by e / i. 6 providing breakfast in guest house during departmental meetings / official visit as directed by e / i.
