corrigendum - tender for outsourcing of services of electromechanical installations and allied works at site site c area under ge ( af ) borjhar , outsourcing of services for site c pump house , dg sets and sewage pump house with one pump motor operator-cum-attendent ( semi skilled ) and one helper per shift of 08 hours for 24 hours ( three shift ) including sunday and holiday for pumping the water to the users premises by operating the sluice valve located at different locations and for pumping the collected sewage from sump to sewage tank , complete , all as specified and director by engineer-in- charge . pump house & sewage pump house comprising the followings:- ( a ) dg sets - 01 nos ( 35 kva ) . ( b ) submersible pump set 15 / 20 hp - 02 nos . ( c ) ir filter . ( d ) chlorination plant . ( e ) bore well ( f ) rcc overhead tank ( g ) lt panel ( h ) non clogging centrifugal pumping set with 5 hp motor-4 nos . ( sewage pump house no 1 & 2 at site c area ) . , outsourcing of services for site 3 afsr electric motor driven sewage pump set with one pump operator -cum-attendant ( semi-skilled ) and one helper for 8 hours of shift per day including sunday and holiday , pumping the collected sewage from sump to sewage tanks , complete , all as specified and directed by engineer-in- charge . site-in-charge will decided to aloocate the duty to helpers . sewage pump house 3 afsr comprising the followings:- ( a ) non clogging centrifugal pumping set with 5 hp motor-02 nos . ( b ) lt panel , outsourcing of services for domestic area of site c service centre and mes area pump house to attend the day to day complaint regarding water supply with one fgm ( skilled ) and two helper for 8 hours of shift per day including sunday and holiday , complete , all as specified and director by engineer-in- charge . site-in-charge shall decide to allocate the duty to trademen . , note for item no 1 . 00 , 2 . 00 & 3 . 00 : --- ( a ) water supply stores and elect supply stores , dhpp , engine oil , altoch , bleaching powder etc as available shall be providede by the department for running installation & performance of complaint . ( b ) timing and location of deployed staff shall be decided by engr-in-charge . ( c ) weekly reliever of the same trade shall be provided by the contractor to each tradesman without any extra cost . ( d ) the cost of the following items shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the tender :- ( i ) general cleaning of all installtions of site c , upkeep the equipment , maint of fencing around the sub station / pump houses , cleaning of area by cutting grass and removing of vegetation , maint of flower bed inside the sub station / pump houses . ( ii ) cost of log sheet as per requirement for pump house , dg sets and sub stations . ( iii ) cost of petty items such as barrel fuse , glands , grease required for moving parts of pumps , dg sets and batteries and pvc tape roll , cotton waste , brooms etc . item continued as srl no . 4 . 10 , ( iv ) cost of t & p required as site such as tools for electrician and fgms , ladders , overall combination , hand gloves , mask , safety belts , grass and vegetation cutters etc . ( v ) cost of testing of raw water and treated water for all parameters for water supply installations ( vi ) if any loss / damage take place during operation , the same shall be made good by contractor and cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the tenderer . ( vii ) duty persons shall not leave the duty station without reliever . ( viii ) contractor must submit the following documents within 15 days from commencement date , otherwise rs . 400 / - per day penalty will deducted from contractor dues . ( aa ) qualification of the supervisor / trademan / helper . ( ab ) application for issue the identity card / security passes . ( ac ) risk insurance policy of tradesman .
