outsourcing of manning and operation of sewage installation , electric supply installation and swimming pool at inf line jamnagar , outsourcing management for running / maintenance sewage installations i . e otm accn 2 . firing range . one operator per shift of 08 hours in a day ( two shift per day ) and ( comprising the components detailed below ) including operating of non clog type sewage pump sets , , ( including sunday &holiday ) all as specified and directed by engr -in-charge :- , note :- operator will responsible for the day to day reading for total running of plants and its connected equipments will be maintained by the operator as per direction of engr -in-charge . record for the same will maintained in daily log sheet and submit to engr -in-charge when ever asked for inspection . ( a ) electric motor control panels cubical type - 01 nos at each installation . ( b ) non clog pump sets- 02 nos ( c ) cleaning of grass/tree branches etc in installation area will maintain by operator . . ( d ) contractor must provided broom , tree cutting tools , branch cutting tool and any other cleanning tools etc . these item cost included in operator quotated rate . ( ii ) operations/maintenance/cleaning of following equipments of sewage installation and its connected work carried out by the contractor ( e ) contractor should provide safety shoes , all necessary tools , torch , rain coat etc , outsourcing management for running / maintenance sewage installations i . e 1 new lines 2 . map lines 3 . dogra lines one operator per shift of 08 hours in a day ( two shift per day ) and ( comprising the components detailed below ) including operating of non clog type sewage pump sets , , ( including sunday &holiday ) all as specified and directed by engr -in-charge :- , note :- operator will responsible for the day to day reading for total running of plants and its connected equipments will be maintained by the operator as per direction of engr -in-charge . record for the same will maintained in daily log sheet and submit to engr -in-charge when ever asked for inspection . ( ii ) operations/maintenance/cleaning of following equipments of sewage installation and its connected work carried out by the contractor ( e ) contractor should provide safety shoes , all necessary tools , torch , rain coat etc , notes for item no 1 to2 ( i ) necessary weekly off will be given to manpower employed for this schedule as per existing rules and regulation of state /central govt . and necessary replacement will be provided by the contractor . rates quoted for this schedule shall deemed to be included this provision . ( ii ) in case absence of any operator/ workmen from any shift will be penalized with a penalty of double the rate quoted by the contractor in addition to the shift not taken in to consideration for payment . ( iii ) operator wanting leave will get it sanctioned before proceeding on leave along with the name of individual who will be performing his duty/shift in his absence . no replacement of operator/workmen without the knowledge of department will be allowed . ( iv ) the contractor shall not pay wages lower than minimum wages for labour as fixed by govt of india / state govt . / union territory ( whichever is higher ) under minimum wages act or contract labour ( abolition and regulation act ) . . ( v ) muster roll , duty roster and other requisite registers will be maintained by contractor and get it signed by concerned je on daily basis and same shall be submitted monthly to accepting officer for inspection . ( vi ) qualification , duty and shift timing of man power employed will be as per particular specifications to the tender documents .
