on turnkey basis construction of ghunwara tank project head work and canal with lining, as per detailed scope of work but not limited to that.-construction of ghunwara tank schemeon local nalla near village ghunwara of maihar block of minimum gross capacity 1.684 mcumfrom 0 m to 1200 m complete including nalla- closure worki / c earth work for main dam & c.o.t., filling ( including watering but excluding compaction ) b.t . filter pitching and chipping etccomplete construction of 1 nos sluice at r.d. 730 m of lbc, ( excluding gate ) waste weir, crossing of nvda canal national highway 7 and railwar crossing , excavation of spill chanel . to original nala as per design. one no main canal with lining with canal structure of ghunwara tank scheme in village ghunwara blockmaihar district satna ( mp ) on turn key basis. this work also includesfinalization of detailed alignment by survey of dam, ftl , submergence , property, canal, providing and fixing of allignment of canal and its structure, fixing of colaba ( outlets ) down to 40 ha chak , as per detailed scope of work but not limited to that the work also comprises of planning, survey and investigation, geological survey, preparation of drawings, designs, water planning, alignment, estimates of all components as per mpwrd specification and as per isi code where ever applicable and obtainingapproval from the competent authority, preparation of land plans andland acquisition cases with finalization and award from revenueauthority ( excluding cost of permanent land acquisition ) , shifting andreinstallation of all type of electric lines, telephone lines, watersupply lines ( open & buried ) , gas pipe lines and other temporarystructureswherever required. preparation of proposal and co -ordination with national / state highway crossing, also providing and fixing of temporary and permanent benchmark at every 1.00 km and at every structures , fixing of reference pillars of size0.30m. x0.30m.x0.45m ( 0.15m above g.l ) at every100 m with writing of bench -mark value on top & writing of r.d wise location at every structures on u / s &d / s face of dam & canal , writing bench mark value at parapet wall of everystructure. necessary provision shall be made for discharge measuringdevice to regulate the discharge effectively & correctly. water tightness test & load bearing test of structures shall be carried out wherever required& as directed by engineer in charge .construction of service road on d / s ofdam with structure for supervision of all type of works, construction ofdiversion for traffic where ever required. taking measurements, preparationof bills and establishment of quality control unit at site for all field lab testsduring construction work. preparation of maps & related document forconstituting water user association of 275 ha of command area by canal testing by running of canals up to the tail pointfor minimum three months , continuous running of canal operation andmaintenance of canal irrigation system for two complete rabi season but not limited to that.
