construction of lal tank project (without canal) on local nalla near village kadodiya, tehsil makdone in block tarana distt. ujjain complete on turnkey basis as per detailed scope of work, but not limited to that including nalla - closure work with minimum gross storage capacity of 0.80 mcm, live storage capacity 0.70 mcm, 140 ha design irrigation and minimum peak designed flood of 70.34 cumec, earth work for c.o.t., puddle, spill channel, b.t., filter blanket, pitching etc. complete including construction of sluice. this work also includes finalisation of detailed alignment by survey of dam, spill channel, f.t.l., submergence, property. the work also comprises of planning survey and investigation, geological survey, preparation of drawing, designs, water planning, alignment, estimate of all components and obtaining approval full from the competent authority, preparation of land plans and land acquisition cases for award of private land of dam seat, submergence areas and land for approach channel and spillway with finalization and award from revenue authority and construction of suitable surplussing arrangements to safely pass design flood through spill channel upto main nalla including construction of all civil, mechanical and electrical works involved in the construction of dam as per approved drawings , construction of coffer dam including defect liability for 2 years after completion of the project and as directed by engineer-in-charge. providing and fixing of benchmark on both the flanks of the embankment and wherever required and at every structure, fixing of reference pillars of size 0.30m x 0.30m x 0.45m (0.15m above g.l). water tightness test & load bearing test of structures shall be carried out wherever required & as directed by engineer in charge. it may be noted that certain design criteria are fixed in this tender and the contractor has to design with-in the ambit of this criteria only. taking measurements, preparation of bills and establishment of quality control unit at site for all field lab tests during construction work. other necessary work required for construction of project and not limited to that. as directed by the engineer-in-charge as per details given in scope of work.
