servicing of abb make ht breakers ( type vd4 ) at msq ( ss-35 ) substation , barauni refinery , servicing of abb make ht vd4 breakers , scope of work:- 1 . complete dismantling , overhauling , servicing and testing of the ht vcbs 2 . complete opening of the vcbs , checking the tightness of different joints of main contacts path and the contacts , cleaning , checking and lubrication of the vcb mechanism as far as possible , checking the tightness and adjustment of the mechanism . checking the operation of the different limit switches and the aux contacts spring charging motor , closing coil , tripping coil and their operation . 3 . for any spares required to be changed during the overhauling of the breakers , the same shall be provided by iocl free of cost . 4 . charges for the servicing shall be paid on per breaker . , to & fro fare from registered office to begusarai shall be paid as per actual on production of ticket along with the invoice . reimbursed fare shall be as per actual but limited to sor rate per visit .
