bids are invited for custom bid for services - testing, repairing, overhauling of 33 kv vcb and 11 kv vcb with required spare parts of electrical equipment installed at various 33/11kv substations under e.d.d., kiraoli, agra - repairing & overhauling of 33kv vcb including replacement of defective parts with all required material. , repairing & overhauling of 11kv vcb including replacement of defective parts with all required material. the job includes also following works for satisfactory operation of vcb:-a) alignment of complete mechanism including three poles.b) cleaning and washing of three poles, bus bar and trolley by thinner.c) checking and re-alignment of gap maintaining in vaccum interrupters. , overhauling of bus bar including providing proper insulation using ht tape etc. , installation of 11kv pannel protection/metering ct/800/400/5 as per site requirement. [ct will be providied by dvvnl] , installation of 11kv pannel protection/metering ct/600 /300/5 as per site requirement. [ct will be providied by dvvnl] , installation of 11kv pannel protection/metering ct/200 /100/5 as per site requirement. [ct will be providied by dvvnl] , repairing of earth fault and over current relay of 11 kv vcb pannel.relay repairing includes-cleaning of contacts, replacement of damage part of earth fault and over current relay and testing. after repairing re-installation of relay and proper testing of protection. , insulation paint inside of pannels & oval epoxy items also. , testing & repairing of electrical wiring of 11kv pannels and to replace damaged . meter and volt meter.
