[ exide / luminious / amaron / any other brand approved by the e.i.c. ] , cleaning of bed sheet, bed cover pillow cover towel, curtain etc & proper ironed in every time. the cleaning should be done in every times after check out of guest for bed sheet & pillow cover & every one month for mosquito net & certain including all necessary equipment & materials like washing powder brush etc. (the quantity may be varied, which will be depend on the visitors) , supply of floor cleaner 1 liter bottle ( brand lizol/ savlon/ dettol etc. or equivalent) , supply of toilet cleaner 1 liter bottle (brand harpic/ domex etc. or equivalent) , supply of broom made by natural product for sweeping. (gala/ cello etc) , supply of glass cleaner liquid 500 ml (brand colin/ cleansol etc. or equivalent.) , supply of good quality mops with handle for floor cleaning (gala/ cello etc) , un-skilled labour for dusting & cleaning the floor, wall, furnitures, electrical and electronics equipments etc of the three nos guest rooms one meeting hall and two other rooms, kitchen, dining, balcony etc and cleaning the building surrounding drainage system, gerdening etc. (the rate is as per minimum rate of labour commissioner vide no.30/stat/14/rw/24/2023/lcs/jlc dated-22/06/2026 which is ₹10558.00 plus 10% agency profit)
