annual contract for cleaning and maintenance of office annual contract for cleaning and maintenance of office floors , corridors and toilets inside the factory premises at bel chennai , carryingout work day-to-day maintenance of: ( sweeping & mopping daily , collecting wastes ( like paper & plastic ) and disposal to the respective bins ) a ) all office floors cleaning b ) all corridors cleaning c ) all staircase & handrail cleaning d ) all building terrace cleaning e ) wooden doors , glass doors and window glass cleaning f ) all doors entrance daily cleaning of coirmates & rubbermat and remove the dust g ) cobweb cleaning h ) cleaning & supporting activities for all festival , poojas , meetings & vip visits etc . , cleaning of all roads inside the factory & guest house: a ) all roads in factory sweeping work b ) sweeping work in all car shed , bike shed & old gate shed c ) sweeping work in the area between main gate and entrance gate d ) all roads in guest house carryingout work day-to-day maintenance of: a ) cleaning , upkeeping of toilets which includes cleaning of floors , wall tiles , urinal partitions , mirrors , towel rails , water closets ( european / indian type ) including flushing systems , washbasin , urinals of any size including their bibcocks , stopcocks , connecting pipes etc . , using scrubbers , vaccum cleaners , wipers , brushes , brooms and cleaning agents like detergents , phenyl , floor cleaning acid , washing soap etc . , as directed by the engineer-in-charge etc . , complete . the scope of work shall also include , removal of blockages in sewage line , manhole , storm water drain , inspection chamber , all toilets urinal lines completely covering all the areas in the entire factory premises . note: ( i ) the materials / consumables required for cleaning will have to be arranged by the contractor and payment will be made for the same under the relevant items . the other non-consumable materials like brooms ( soft & coconut ) , mop stick , brushes , buckets ( 5ltr & 20ltr ) , mugs , baskets , cleaning cotton cloths , hand gloves , coconut oil , steel scrubber etc . , and the required machines like scrubbers and vaccum cleaners including safety materials are deemed to be included in the quoted rate .
