bids are invited for repair, maintenance, and installation of plant/ systems/equipments (version 2) - industry unit; power generators; service provider - dismantling of the existing 50 kva e/a set from the existing i/c dismantling the exhaust pipe, silencer, cabling, control panel, fuel tank, earthing connections and keeping the e/a set & shifting to main te bldg from narow approch road of distance approximately 30 mtrs as required. , dismantaling the above faulty alternator (make- crompton greaves , model- nog2r00sb /g2r50/43) of above 50 kva ea set , loading into vehicle at te londha, transporting to work shop at belgaon & return to site & unloading at te. londha, and fixing to 50 kva ea set i/c alignment etc. complete as required. , rewinding of faulty alternator (make- crompton greaves , model- nog2r00sb/g2r50/43) of capacity 50 kva capacity 3 phase icluding rewinding of main rotor, stator,exciter rotor, replacement of rectifier diodes varnishing the same , drying it remove the moisture etc as complete as required. , supplying & fixing new avr suitable for above 50 kva 3 phase alternator etc as required. , itc of the shifted 50 kva e/a set ,control panel with the existing diesel tank, fixing of silencer, making fuel pipe connections i/c making necessary alterartions required as per site condition,testing of ea set on exchange load for 30 minutes, recording of all important parameters etc complete as required. , carrying out b check of 50 kva ea set i/c replacement of lub oil of 15w/40 rating, replacament of fuel filters, lub oil filters , cleaning of fuel tanks , harnessing of control panel wiring, cleaning of ea set etc complete as required , extension of earthings (neutral & body from existing shed to new place or nearest location) with 25 mm x 3 mm g.i. strip etc as reqd. , s/l of 3.5 core x 35 sq.mm pvc insulated pvc sheathed al conductor xlpe armoured ug cable of 1.1kv grade on surface / recess etc complete as required , supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3.5x50 size of pvc insulated and pvc sheathed / xlpe aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kv grade as required.
