bids are invited for repair, maintenance, and installation of plant/ systems/equipments (version 2) - icgs vijit sri vijaya puram; e-410- 1500 hrly routine to be carried out as per maintenance schedule and scope of work; buyer 1500 hourly routine will be falling due on da no.1 by mid mar 26. following jobs to be carried out as per maintops:- 1. check coolant concentration and add additives, if needed. 2. check vacuum indicator and replace air filter based on its condition. 3. tappet setting and check fuel injectors clearance. 4. replace valve cover gasket. 5. check vibration damper for any visual damage/deformation. replace if required. 6. check and record engine crankshaft end plays [limit 0.006 (0.15 mm)/0.013 (0.33)]. 7. check and record engine turbocharger axial play [limit 0.001 (0.0025 mm) 0.004 (0.10 mm)] and radial play [limit 0.007 (0.17mm)- 0.02 (0.50 mm)]. 8. check condition of all clamps and hoses. replace if needed. 9. check for any leakage in lube oil and coolant lines and correct them. 10. check all wiring connection for any abnormalities. correct if required. 11. all safeties, alarms and trips to be checked and proved for satisfactory operations. 12. start engine and carry out trials on full load. record all parameters and prove da for satisfactory operation. total quantity :
