(approx. area of each transformer 175 square mtr.). , washing and cleaning of 1.6mva, 6.9/0.4kv service transformer (ust, esp, sst, chp, ahp, wtp & stacker reclaimer transformer) , preventive maintenance of marshalling boxes of 1.6mva,6.6kv/0.4kv service transformers of wtp, ash handling, coal handling, sst, ust, esp etc. , round the clock supervision & maintenance of various power transformers and service transformers: , pre overhauling, centrifuging activities: , minor overhauling and centrifusing of service transformer , draining of oil from main tank and disconnecting hv/lv chamber. , dismantling of complete transformer including core coil assembly, hot oil flushing and final assembly , filling of new transformer oil and filtration of oil till required bdv and ppm. , replacement of lv bushing oil seals of service transformers (ust, sst, esp, ahp, wtp and chp transformers): , replacement of oti, wti, relay, starter, coil, etc. on transformers. if any alteration needed in mounting of same, it has to be done by firm
