bids are invited for vehicle hiring service - per vehicle-day basis - suv/muv; 2020; local + outstation; plain; 80 km x 24 hrs; round trip - fixed cost : rental for providing one no. diesel operated suv in good condition along with an experienced driver(s) with valid driving license for emergency uses as well as official duty on daily basis, including sundays & holidays. the car(s) should be registered for commercial use and with valid documents. the rate should be all-inclusive including remuneration of the driver, maintenance of the car, and cost of necessary consumables like, tyres etc. taxes & levies and insurance etc. however, running cost of the car will be paid separately as per item no. – 2. work order shall be placed on successful tenderer for the car(s) having age not older than 2020 from the date of opening of tender. successful tenderer must furnish proof of documents of car(s) as specified above within the validity of letter of intent (loi). registration of the car must have necessary documents for its commercial use. car intended to be taken in contract should be suv spec of vehicle: 7 seater, bs vi model, of year not older than 2020 , running cost : cost of running of the car per km as per direction of nominated plant officers including maintaining of logbook after completion of each trip. the cost should include necessary cost of the fuel and consumables other than mentioned in item no. – 1 etc. during the currency of the contract, if there is an increase/ decrease in the cost of motor parts, tyre, lubes etc, no increase/decrease in the rates offered will be demanded / entertained/ considered. (2000 km per month x 12 x 2 month) , extra allowance : night allowance for 2 no . / month including food/lodging per night and 11 holiday in a year(1 driver for 11 holidays) and 52 sundays
