restoration of pumping machinery /allied structure damaged due to flash flood at lis bhour camp- 1 restoration of pumping machinery/ allied structure damaged due to flash flood at lis bhour camp. 2 dismantling and extracting the old damaged foot vale of unit-iii and there after providing and fitting of new 01 no. foot valve of 08” diameter of unit-iii. job also includes repairs to foot valve 10” dia of unit i along with priming unit foot valve which are immersed in slit at lis bhour camp during flash flood at site by way of extraction/cleaning of foot valve by way of lifting it by ropes to the head load side, disassembling the foot valve and providing of new flapper pins & new rubber gasket along with nut bolts. re-assembling of entire foot valve and checking operation with load. complete job involves cost of material and labour charges.the job involves removing of mud deposited in the pump room as well as the suction pipes with the help of manual labour using tools and tackles and then disposing off the mud to suitable place up toa distance of 50 mtrs approximately. cleaning the floor of the pump room with water.disconnecting the power supply from 30 hp motor and decoupling and dismantling of pump and motor of unit iii & 2 hp motor of priming unit from the base frame by unscrewing foundation nuts & bolts. taking out motor from the pumping room with the help of manual skilled labour and shifting up to roadside. loading the motor in mechanical transport and carriage to workshop for repair & then back carriage to lis bhour camp after conducting necessary repair. dismantling the 30 hp motor of unit-iii & 2 hp motor of priming unit at workshop to extract the rotor from stator and bearing of driving and non-driving end. reconditioning of coil by heating in the oven and then varnishing it. assembling the motor and fitting of bearings as per sample and bearing sleeves at de & nde. fitting of the pump and motor at base frame and doing suitable connection from motor to panel by thimbling it. complete job includes cost of material, dismantling, carriage (to & fro) fitment and testing charges at lis bhour camp.note: - the tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate which includes the rebate on old parts as per site conditions. any modifications/ alterations of the job, absolutely necessary if required at the time of execution may be done as per actual site conditions. 3 rebate on old parts
