tender for special repair to swt at site p afs under ge af thane- 1 m&l for de-watering and taking out sludge / algae / vegitation from swts of any size and removing sludge and cleaning the swts ,complete all as specified & as directed by engr-in-charge. 2 demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) floors, aprons etc ,complete all as specified & as directed by engr-in-charge. 3 m&l for opening out cracks, making v grooves, removing the loose material and filling with dr fixit crack -x shrink free ,complete all as specified & as directed by engr-in-charge. 4 m&l for concrete surface is thoroughly cleaned once again using wire brush and after that applying one liberal coat of make fosroc nitobond ep / or equivalent- two component epoxy bonding agent shall be brush applied to the parent concrete ,complete all as specified & as directed by engr-in-charge. 5 m&l for nominal mix pcc 1:2:4 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring or mass concreting, complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge. 6 m&l for providing and applying of dr fixit / fosroc / equivalent exterior acrylic polyurethene elastomeric coating in 2 coats complete all as specified.(a) apply initial layer of polyurethene elastomeric coating over cement slurry over concrete work (b) after 1 hrs of drying of initial layer apply 2nd layer of polyurethene elastomeric coating in perpendiculer direction to 1st coat.(c) after that sprinkling the quartz sand over the coating for better adhesion of the next layer of protective screed..note : (a) recommend coverage rate is approximately 1.1 kg./m2/coat for 1 mm. (minimum 2 coat.).
