tender for comprehensive maintenance to md accn in zone-ii & iii at mil stn samba- 1 rendering 10+5 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface walls in two layers, in cement mortar 1:4 , rendering is to be finished even and fair without using extra cement (up to 3rd storey with necessary scaffolding) including taking down old cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, and removing unserviceable material outside cantt area complete all as specified and as directed. 2 m&l rendering cement plaster, 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement including taking down old cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, and removing unserviceable material outside cantt area complete all as specified. 3 rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface ceilings, in cement mortar 1:3 , rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down old cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, and removing unserviceable material outside cantt area complete all as specified and as directed. 4 material and labour ceramic coloured tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm , in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and set in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured/white cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:4 including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.complete all as specified and directed.
