bids are invited for following works are required to be carried out for internal inspection of 40 mva transformer at 220 kv s/s shatabdinagar under etd meerut. the detail of work to be executed is as given below :- , drain out of complete transformer oil in empty oil tanker for internal inspection of transformer. (centrifuging machine with operator shall be provided by the contractor) , opening of inspection plate, dismantling of hv/ lv side bushings for internal inspection of 40 mva transformer at 220 kv sub-station shatabdinagar. , internal inspection of 40 mva transformer, checking of hv/lv side winding lead of transformer, tightening of joints, connections and all other components inside the main tank of transformer. , erection of dismantled bushings, inspection plate and replacement of gasket of open parts of 40 mva transformer. , complete evacuation of 40 mva transformer main tank and filling of dry air/dry nitrogen of dew point-50°c or better in vacuum up to pressure of 0.25kg/cm2 and the again evacuating the transformer tank after required time interval (approx. 12/24 hrs) using centrifuging machine the work shall including connecting pipe of machine as required measuring due point values ​​of n2 after ever cycle till the required value is achieved. , create the vacuum inside the 40 mva transformer before filling the transformer oil including vacuum standing test. , filling of transformer oil from oil tanker to transformer main tank after internal inspection of damaged 40 mva transformer. (centrifuging machine with operator shall be provided by the contractor) , centrifuging the t/f oil in main tank and circulating the t/f oil through centrifuging machine and taking bdv time to time. (centrifuging machine shall be provided by the contractor.)
