work centrifuging of transformer oil including other associated works of 50mvar reactor of 400kv obra line at 400kv s / s sultanpur under electy. 400kv s / s division, sultanpur- 1 safe loading of transformer oil drum (50kl) on truck/trailers at 400kv s/s sarojninagar, lucknow and carriage to 400kv s/s sultanpur and its unloading and stacking work. distance approx 150km 2 drain out of complete oil from 50 mvarobra line reactor in 209 ltr. capacity oil drums and their shifting to storage place 3 complete evacuation of air of the 50 mvar reactor main tank and filling dry air of deo point -50°c are better in vacuum up to pressure of 0.25kg/cm2 and the again evacuating the transformer tank after required time interval (approx. 12/24 hrs) and filling of dry air of due point -50°c are better dry air cycle. the work shall including connecting pipe of machine as required measuring due point values of dry air after every cycle till the required value is achieved. (dry air plant and other related equipments to be provided by the contractor including its to and fro transportation) 4 create the vaccum inside the 50mvar reactor before filling the transformer oil and maintain it for 24 hrs. filling the oil step by step in 50mvar reactor. 5 filling the transformer oil in oil tank its centrifuging up to required bdv. 6 centrifuging of transformer oil of main tank, radiator tank, conservator tank, taking ir value at a period of 4 hrs. with bdv value at a period of 12 hrs. till satisfactory results are obtained. labour, t&p, centrifuging technician and centrifuging machine shall be provided by contactor at his own cost. however electricity supply for the centrifuging machine shall be provided by m/s upptcl free of cost. 7 testing of centrifuged t/f oil from govt. approved laboratery,of 50mvar reactor including collection of oil sample from site with all necessary labour and t&p before & after centrifuging of t/f oil. 8 b.d.v 9 water content 10 d.g.a 11 dielectric dissipation factor.
