construction of 03 nos. 33 kv basani, sarsawa, ganeshpur bays at 220 kv sub station harahua.- 1 carriage of sub station structure by private carrier from efu naini prayagraj to 220kv sub station harahua . job includes loading of material by shifting of these from storage place to road side, safely loading of these on vehicle, transportation of materials from efu naini prayagraj to 220kv s/s harhua by private vehicle having one side distance approx. 140kms. unloading of material from vehicle safely and shifting these to store and proper stacking. (rate includes all labour, t&p charges and all associated work to perform the job satisfactorily) 2 dismantling of pi and its structure including with all assosiate work 3 erection of structure parts of main & auxiliary structure. the job consist to shifting of all material, structure parts, nut bolts washers etc from store to work site, erection of structure as per relevant drawing and practices. 6\(150mm) dia 3 mtr long including its jumpering with the help of suitable size of aluminium lugs. 18 termination of jointing of above power cable by 3cx300 sq.mm cable jointing kit o/d type and all other associated works to complete the work satisfactorily as per technical specification 19 fabrication fixing and fitting of cable structure in shape of h-pole, 3 mtr long including its grouting with rcc of size 150x150x150mm in ratio 1:4:8 including all men material except structure/angle. 20 jumpering of following bay equipments with the help of acsr panther conductor including cutting bending clamping with all other associated work from main bus to outgoing isolators for all phases. 21 laying of following sizes of control cable in the cable trenches from c&r panel to various type of equipments, junction boxes in switch yard as per cable schedule, its clamping/binding at every two meter distance with aluminium sticks 25x1mm size including carriage of cable drums from store to laying site and shifting back to store and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per tech. specification: 22 2x2.5mm²control cable 23 4x2.5mm²control cable 24 6x2.5mm²control bending laying of 75x10 mm ms flat for earthing of main structures including welding with main earth mat below 500-700 mm of ground level with object to earth excavation of trenches its back filling, painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enameled green colour with all cost of ms flat, paint, t&p required for completion of work. 31 earthing of trench along with 50x6mm ms flat after cutting and welding with cable rack and trench with all cost of ms flat, including painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enameled paint. 32 interconnection of the earth mat laid with the existing earth mat of the 220 kv s/s harahua at 10 specified point by welding as that complete earth mat acts in coherent manner to provide proper earthing of the substation. 33 fabrication of display board made of m.s. angle iron 50x50x6mm, 3 long support and m.s. board of 2x1 m.s. sheet 18 gauge and m.s. flat iron 25x6mm size 2x1 welded on m.s. sheet after then m.s. pipe of 1.5\ dia. fitted around m.s. flat on the sheet board and 0.5\ dia m.s. pipe 4\ long welded in m.s. angle iron from two places at one side and two at other to complete the display board. digging pit size 2x2x3 and grouting above board with 1:2:4 cement, ballast, sand ratio and making plinth of size 1x2. board shall duly painted by yellow color and equipment name shall be written in black. 34 integration of newly contructed 33kv bay with iec 61850 based scada system. the work includes sld generation for feeder bay in existing hmi,bay ieds, ics files configuraration data base creation for newly bay ,event alarm greeration ,interlocks and soft logics configuration and testing if any gps time synchronisation etc. 35 supply 36 pg clamptarantull to zebra made of lm-6 alloy four bolted type complete with good quality nut bolt washer and spring washer exactly as per sample in ready to use condition. 37 pg clamp zebra to zebra made of lm-6 alloy
