tender for miscellaneous work in splitting the 132kv main bus bar at 132kv s / s saidpur under etd-ghazipur -dismantling of 132 kv main bus bar of acsr moose conductor of all three phases having length 36 mtr each phase between gantry to gantry of main bus by the opening from fitting and insulator & other associated work to complete job satisfactorily. 3 stringing of 132 kv main bus of acsr moose conductor of all three phases having length 24 mtr. each phase between gantry to gantry section isolator by the cutting, bending and clamping fitting of tension clamp with all associated accessories, hoisting of insulator string after shifting of material from store to switchyard at site and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily. 4 stringing of 132 kv main bus of acsr moose conductor of all three phases having length 12mtr. each phase between gantry to gantry section isolator by the cutting, bending and clamping fitting of tension clamp with all associated accessories, hoisting of insulator string after shifting of material from store to switchyard at site and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily. 5 dismantling of existing feeder / equipment jumper. 6 jumpering ofequipment jumper by clamping with moose to panther jumpers including cutting, bending and clamping and all associated work to complete the job. 7 erection of 145kv section isolator as per instruction manual of equipments and technical specification including shifting of material / equipment on store to erection site including all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily. 8 laying of 4cx2.5 mm2 control cable in the cable trench from control relay panel to various type equipments, junction box as per cable schedule and drawing, including carriage of cable drum from store laying site and shifting back to store and all other associated work. 9 termination of 4cx2.5 mm2 control cables as laid above as per cables schedule including making necessary holes in gland plates or box wherever required, supply and fixing of letter marked and number marked ferrules for each core of cable and its termination as per drawing on equipments cable termination blocks. 10 erection of main structure consisting of columns, beams, and auxiliary structure required for installation of pts. the job consists of shifting of all material i.e. structure parts, nuts, bolts, washers etc. from store to site of erection, erection of structure as per relevant drawing and practices using flat and spring washer with each bolt matching of holes. cutting, matching of members if required shall also be done by the contractor without any extra cost to complete the work satisfactorily. all material to be erected shall be supplied by upptcl free of cost but all men, material and t&p required for satisfactorily completion of work shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. 11 part-b-supply 12 gun type single tension fitting made of lm-6 al. alloy with d-shakle, u-bolt and g.i. nut & bolts complete suitable for acsr moose conductor. 13 t clamp made of lm 6 al. alloy with 6 nos. of gi. nut & bolts suitable for panther to moose conductor. 14 p.g. clamp made of 1m 6 al. alloy with 4 nos. g.i. nut & bolts suitable for panther to moose conductor. 15 p.g. clamp made of lm 6 al. alloy with 4 nos. g.i. nut & bolts suitable for panther to panther conductor.
